Welcome to Indiana Tech's Ethical Business Leadership Center!

Our goal is to provide an environment for discussion of issues related to ethical leadership by assisting current and future leaders in creating and enhancing ethical, effective, and sustainable organizations. The center recognizes the special challenges connected with discussing ethical issues in a diverse global economy. The aim is to be a beacon of applied ethics.

The center encourages research engaging both educational and business leaders who share experiences and insights gained from facing ethical challenges in their professional lives. The Ethical Business Leadership Center addresses the most compelling ethical issues facing the professional and educational environments. Our focus includes ethics, morality, leadership, followership, stewardship, integrity, executive wisdom, corporate social responsibility (CSR), long-term sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and organizational effectiveness. We strive to connect people both inside and outside the university setting.
